# Give It a Name Contest – Help Us Name Our AI Agent Web3 Mentor!

As the Matrix team, we are dedicated to making Web3 more accessible, intelligent, and secure with our Matrix 3.0 vision. Now, we are thrilled to introduce **our first AI Agent**, designed to be your ultimate Web3 mentor, guiding you through the decentralized world with ease.
This AI-powered mentor will help users **learn, create, and navigate Web3 effortlessly**, from understanding blockchain fundamentals to generating smart contracts without coding. But before its journey begins, **it needs a name**!
We invite you, our visionary community, to name this groundbreaking AI Agent. The participant with the best name suggestion will win special prizes and leave their mark on Matrix AI Network’s AI Agent revolution!
#### Give It a Name Contest will kick off with the following details :
#### Event Details :
1- Period : From March 14 to March 20 (UTC+3).
2- Winners: 4 Participants.
3- Prize: The top 3 most creative name suggestions selected by our team will be presented for community voting on Telegram. The top 3 community members with the highest votes will be rewarded with $MAN coins as follows:
🏆 First Place: 3000 MAN coins
🥈 Second Place: 2000 MAN coins
🥉 Third Place: 1250 MAN coins
🎖 Bonus Reward: One lucky participant, selected by a draw from all submissions, will receive 750 MAN coins.
4- Winner Announcement Date: 22 March
5- Prize Distribution Date: It will be around May 5th.
