#### 1st Part of MATRIX 3.0 Phase I – 98%

&#x20;       Completion of the demo for two-step verification login using brainwave integration with a private passphrase.

#### Special Patches Phase I – 97%

&#x20;       Overall development work for the first phase of Intelligent Contract has been completed.
