#### 1.     与NeuraMatrix达成战略合作

NeuraMatrix成立于2019年，是国内首屈一指的脑神经底层技术公司，专注于集成电路（芯片）和生物材料。 

Matrix AI Network和NeuraMatrix之间的战略联盟将结合两家公司的独特专业知识，开发Web3的开创性解决方案。合作的初始阶段将集中于完成可穿戴的、非侵入式的BCI设备的原型，该设备利脑电波作为生物信息验证登录功能。

#### 2.     与MixTrust达成战略合作：

MixTrust是一个专注于Web3 DeFi领域的去中心化一站式服务平台，平台基于人工智能技术搭建，整合了数字身份、去中心化加密钱包、Web3社交以及AI金融服务等模块，同时使用最新的跨链技术，支持主流公链使用MixTrust的服务以及资产合成与跨链转移。

MixTrust将与MATRIX在AI数字身份以及金融服务板块展开合作，预计将基于MATRIX的Morpheus的NLP模型开发一款名为MixGPT的智能DeFi服务平台，希望用户可以通过与MixGPT交互，获取自己需要的信息，同时AI会综合用户的使用信息，为用户提供更快捷更自然的支付和查询体验。
