# We are going to kind of position ourselves into this historical moment! 🚀🔥👀

In the last, I talked about the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau has published the second policy statement about the stablecoin. And in this policy statement, you can summarize in four letters L E A P, which can be interpreted as the attitude of the Hong Kong government towards stablecoin. and each letter represents some meanings L for legal and regulation E for expanding the tokenized product A for advancing the use case and cross-sectoral collaboration and P for people and partnership and the reason that I stress E and A which is expanding the tokenized product and advancing the case is exactly what matrix AI network we are going to kind of position ourselves into this historical moment.
