We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head/Manager of Ecosystem Development to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting developers, forging new partnerships, and driving mass adoption of our platform, products, and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for ecosystem growth, including attracting developers to build applications on Matrix.
Identify, source, and establish strategic partnerships with relevant projects, organizations, and key opinion leaders in the blockchain, AI, and neuroscience sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote initiatives that drive user adoption and engagement across all products and services.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Represent our project at industry events, conferences, and online forums, as well as engage with the broader community through various channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of ecosystem development initiatives with overall project goals and objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, or business development within the blockchain industry.
Established network of connections with developers, projects, organizations, and influencers in relevant industries.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
