We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our presence on X and Instagram, driving follower growth and user engagement with precision, creativity, and professionalism.As a project that stands out for its innovative thinking and solid execution, Matrix AI Network is building the future of AI, blockchain, RWA, personal biometric and beyond. We need someone who can translate that vision into social strategy and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow Matrix’s X and Instagram accounts with strategic planning and high-quality execution.
Create and schedule original posts tailored to different audiences and stages of engagement.
Edit images and AMA videos to professional standard for content publishing.
Leverage automation tools and AI-powered platforms to streamline content creation, posting, and performance tracking.
Monitor metrics, analyze KPIs, and optimize content for both community engagement and user acquisition.
Stay in sync with the Matrix team to align social communications with product development, announcements, and external events.
Requirements
Proven experience managing brand-level social media, ideally in Web3, AI, tech, or blockchain environments.
Fluency with leading social media tools and platforms, including automation, scheduling, and performance tracking systems.
Ability to produce and edit visual content and short-form video for native distribution.
Deep understanding of what drives visibility, engagement, and retention on social platforms.
Highly professional, self-driven, effective in communication, and mature in mindset.
A strategic thinker who delivers consistently.
Compensation
Monthly payment in MAN tokens, with additional quarterly KPI-based performance rewards.
Remote, flexible engagement — but results and accountability matter.
